Club Service Award
Nomination Form
  1. “For service ‘above and beyond’ in fostering the spirit of gay and lesbian country western dancing and the IAGLCWDC.”
  2. To be awarded at the annual convention.
  3. Nominations (including a description of the club’s service) will be accepted during the year, and voting will be done by club delegates at the IAGLCWDC business meeting, one vote per club.
  4. The host organization for the current year is not eligible.
  5. No club can win the award two (2) years in a row.
Please note: Nominations should be submitted AT LEAST one week prior to the next Annual Convention so that the Vice Chair will have time to receive them. If you submit your nomination later than that, you run the risk of not getting it to the Vice Chair in time.
